Sandco.Store Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Sandco.Store, located at [your business address]. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees of Sandco.Store, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Entry Period
The giveaway starts on 12/11/2024  and ends on 17/11/2024.

4. How to Enter

• Follow @livesunny and @sandco.store on Instagram.
• Tag one or more friends in the comments of the official giveaway post. Each additional comment tagging a new friend counts as an additional entry.
• Share the giveaway post on your Instagram Story, tagging @sandco.store. If your account is private, send a screenshot of your story at least 10 hours after posting.

5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a pair of Sandco sandals (model as pictured in the giveaway post). The approximate retail value of the prize is $250. Prize is non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at Sandco.Store’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within [1] days following the close of the giveaway. The winner must respond to the direct message within [3] days to claim the prize. If no response is received within this period, a new winner will be selected.

7. Shipping and Delivery
The prize will be shipped to a U.S. address only. Sandco.Store is not responsible for any delays or damages in shipping.

8. General Conditions
Sandco.Store reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sandco.Store’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the giveaway.

9. Disputes
This giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and California, without regard to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this promotion, participants agree that any disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this promotion, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
